Of Gatsby

Remember this ad by Takuya Kimura? Well, I was puzzled by its term of moving rubber at first. Hell, moving rubber? I imagined it was dancing condoms of some sort and Takuya Kimura is trying to emulate it by turning around and twisting his hair. I was out of hair gel at some point and decided to get something new and guess what? Something came to my house this afternoon.

I carefully unpacked the package...

to reveal an o.d.m watch

OMG!! its an O.D.M watch!!!!

Alright, that was really over reacting on my part. I don't really keep up with fashion trends these days and I don't have any idea what is an ODM watch. A little search on the net and I find it to be quite expensive, I mean.. really really expensive! What's the relation of ODM watches with getting a new hair gel?

This is what matters.

I somehow joined in the lucky draw sometime last year and i totally forgot about it. I sent in only one application form. Just ONE! In lucky draws, you need to send several dozens to even stand a chance. I guess, I got lucky... really really lucky.

Anyway, the watch is nice to look at with its minimalist approach and you won't see any buttons on the watch. There's a hidden button on the side to turn on the lights and thats it. One funky thing about the watch is, if you somehow twist the watch 45 degrees horizontally, the time will change to the current date. Words (Moving With Style) will be scrolling replacing the time from time to time(chuckles!!). I guess it acts as a screen saver or something. Thanks Gatsby for the watch! I really needed one cause my last one weren't really functioning well.

Guys, owning a watch now doesn't mean I don't need another one. My birthday is reallllllllllllllyyyyyyy soon (read: 25th of March). If you want to get me a watch, I don't really mind. One can't really complain with having too many watches.
